In my life, I have chosen not to dwell on my problems or those responsible for them. Instead, I focus on finding solutions, believing that true progress requires overcoming obstacles. This mindset shapes who we are today. Relying on others to solve our problems leads only to frustration and stagnation.
We must focus on breaking the chains that bind us, rather than accepting them as our fate. By fighting relentlessly and not giving our adversaries a moment’s rest, we can wear them down. Eventually, they will relinquish what rightfully belongs to us. Persistence in advocating for our rights, justice, and fairness will lead to victory as our opponents grow weary.
I have refrained from commenting on the ongoing protests in Nigeria because their demands do not aim to fundamentally change the status quo. I had hoped for a push toward drafting a new constitution that promotes regional economic independence. Instead, the protests are driven by immediate needs, and once these needs are met, the protests will likely end.
The plight of the poor is not merely due to ignorance. Moral decay, impatience, and a lack of focused aspirations keep them in perpetual physical and spiritual poverty. We must confront the painful truth: we are both our own problem and our only solution, individually and collectively.
A man who thinks small with small results and a man who thinks big with amazing results.
Those who think small and limit their aspirations will see only small results. Conversely, those who think big and dream ambitiously will achieve great things. Success depends on what you strive for and how much effort you invest.
The Bible warns against laziness, stressing the importance of diligence and hard work. It teaches that “to those who have, more will be given; but from those who have little, even what they have will be taken away.” This underscores the significance of ambition and effort in shaping our outcomes.
Some friends discuss Harris, yet they cannot endure Trump’s behavior. Still, they prefer Trump. This reflects a group indecisiveness driven by fear of independence. They engage in group gossip rather than thinking for themselves. I cannot join such groups, as our paths and aspirations are fundamentally different.
Instead, I choose to align with a group like Team Harris. Even if their direction doesn’t fully match mine, I believe I can influence their course or find common ground that serves us both. You cannot have your perspective represented in a meeting you are absent from. Being present and active is crucial to shaping any collective effort’s direction and outcome.
People often prefer the familiar path, avoiding the unknown. By joining them, you’ll miss out on the surprises that life’s unexplored paths offer. Choose the unexplored path. It will be challenging, but the rewards and growth found in the unknown far surpass those of the well-trodden routes. Embrace the challenge, for it is in the unknown that we discover true growth and unexpected rewards
